Buying health insurance for a team usually looks like this: you call a few HMOs, wait days for PDFs, and then try to line up benefit tables that each use different words for the same thing. Yousure puts that work in one place. You tell us about your team once, and we show you every plan that fits, with a price per employee and a plain list of what each plan covers.

This guide takes you through each screen so you know what to expect before you start.

Before you start: have these ready

  • Your headcount. An exact number is best, but a range is enough to start.
  • A rough budget per employee per year. If you are not sure, leave the default. Yousure shows what companies like yours usually pay.
  • Whether you will cover dependants (spouses and children) or only employees.
  • Your current HMO and renewal date, if you already have one. This is optional, but it helps us remind you in time.

Step 1: Tell us about your team

Click Compare plans in the top bar or Start comparing on the home page. The team profile form asks five things:

  1. Employees to cover. Pick a range (6–20, 21–29, 30–119 or 120+) or type the exact number. Group plans are priced by size, so this changes which plans you see.
  2. Annual budget per employee. Move the slider. Under it you will see the typical annual premium for a team like yours, taken from live plan data.
  3. Dependants covered. Choose "Employees only" or "Employee + Dependants".
  4. Current HMO and renewal date. Optional. Fill it in if you are shopping ahead of a renewal.
  5. Benefits your team asks about most. Pick any of maternity, dental, optical, chronic care, mental health, and gym & wellness. These become filters on the next screen.

Step 2: Browse the plans that fit

Next you will see every matching plan as a card. Each card shows the plan type, the price per employee, and the headline benefits. Use the sidebar to narrow the price range or filter by the benefits you picked, and sort the list by price or cover.

Headcount can be changed right on this page. All prices update straight away, so you can see how costs move if you hire ten more people this year.

Step 3: Compare up to three plans side by side

Tick the checkbox on up to three plans. They collect in a tray at the bottom of the screen. Click Compare to see them in columns, lined up benefit by benefit: annual limits, maternity, dental, optical, chronic care and more.

Each comparison has a share button. Send the link to your CFO, CEO or a co-founder, and they will see exactly the same plans and numbers without signing up.

Step 4: Get your quote

Pick the plan you like and click to get a quote. The quote summary shows the total annual cost for your headcount, the cost per employee, and what is included. Nothing is binding at this point.

If you want a person to look it over, send the quote to a Yousure advisor from the same page. An advisor will contact you to confirm the details, answer questions, and work out the final schedule with the HMO.

Step 5: Track everything from your dashboard

Your dashboard lists every request you have made and its stage: Browsing, Quote requested, Enrolled or Closed. Once you sign, this is where you manage enrolment and come back when renewal is near.
