Terms of Service

By accessing or using the Service — including requesting a quote, comparing plans, or creating an account — you confirm that you accept these Terms and agree to comply with them. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.

Yousure helps individuals and businesses compare, get quotes for, and enrol in health insurance (HMO) plans offered by third-party insurance companies. Yousure is not an insurer or HMO — we do not underwrite risk, issue policies, or handle claims ourselves. Once you enrol, your contract for cover is with the HMO/insurer, subject to their own terms and policy wording.

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Service. If you register an account, you're responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for all activity under your account. Tell us immediately at support@yousure.com if you suspect unauthorised use.

You agree not to:

• Provide false or misleading information when requesting a quote or enrolling.
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose, or to defraud Yousure, an HMO, or another user.
• Attempt to interfere with, disrupt, or gain unauthorised access to the Service or its systems.
• Scrape, copy, or reuse plan or pricing data from the Service for a competing product without our written permission.

Quotes and prices shown on the Service are indicative, based on the information you provide, and are subject to confirmation and final underwriting by the relevant HMO/insurer. Actual premiums, coverage terms, and eligibility are determined by the HMO/insurer at enrolment, and may differ from an initial quote.

Using Yousure to compare and request quotes is free. Any fees, premiums, or charges for an actual insurance plan are set by, and payable to, the HMO/insurer or as otherwise disclosed to you before you confirm enrolment.

The Service, including its design, text, graphics, and underlying software, is owned by Yousure or our licensors and protected by intellectual property laws. You may use the Service for your own personal or internal business purposes, but may not copy, modify, or distribute it without our written permission.

Plan details, hospital networks, and pricing are supplied by third-party HMOs and partners and may change without notice. We take reasonable care to keep this information accurate and up to date, but we don't guarantee it, and encourage you to confirm key details with the HMO before enrolling.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We don't warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any plan will meet your specific needs.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Yousure will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of the Service, or from the acts, omissions, or performance of any HMO/insurer you enrol with. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Nigerian law.

You agree to indemnify and hold Yousure harmless from any claim, loss, or damage arising from your misuse of the Service or breach of these Terms.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you breach these Terms or misuse the Service. You may stop using the Service, or ask us to delete your account, at any time by contacting support@yousure.com.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Service will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Nigeria.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We'll post the revised version here with an updated “Last updated” date. Continuing to use the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
