Download a one-page HMO comparison for your next leadership meeting
Some decisions still happen around a table, on paper. You can now save any comparison as a clean, one-page PDF with prices, team totals and the benefits that matter.
A link works well when your approver is at a desk. But plenty of benefit decisions are made in a management meeting, a board pack or an internal memo. For those, you need something you can print or attach.
Every comparison on Yousure can now be saved as a one-page PDF.
How to download it
- Open your comparison, or the quote page for a single plan.
- Click Download PDF. A clean summary page opens in a new tab.
- Your browser's print window appears. Choose Save as PDF as the destination and save.
If you want paper, choose your printer instead. The page is laid out to fit on a single A4 sheet.
What is on the page
- The date it was prepared and the number of employees it was priced for.
- Each plan, with its HMO and version (for example "Individual · SME").
- The annual premium per employee and the annual total for your team.
- What each plan covers, side by side, for the main benefits.
- A short note that the prices are current rates and that the HMO's final schedule is what you sign.
It carries the Yousure name and contact details at the bottom, in case anyone reading it has questions.
Good ways to use it
- In a board or management pack. Add it as an appendix to a short memo that says which plan you recommend and why.
- At renewal time. Save a PDF of your current plan next to two alternatives, so the conversation is about real numbers, not memory.
- For your records. Keep a dated copy of what you compared and chose. It is useful when someone asks next year why you picked this plan.

Can I share the PDF outside my company?
Yes. It contains the plans and prices only, not your personal details.
Will the prices on the PDF change?
The PDF shows prices on the day you saved it. HMO rates can change, especially at renewal, so download a fresh copy before a final decision.
